Who We Are

Bio

Rosemarie Anderson is an attorney licensed to practice law in New York State and Jamaica, West Indies. She is a member of both the New York State and General Legal Council bar associations and has over two decades of legal experience. 

 

After clerking for the Honorable Lisa F. Chrystal, J.S.C., Ms. Anderson represented indigent clients in family and housing courts in New York. She then established her general practice, which focuses on estate planning, probate, family, and real estate law. 

 

Ms. Anderson is a member in good standing with both the New York State Bar Association and the General Legal Council of Jamaica, West Indies. Her educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Upsala College, a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University-Camden, a Juris Doctor degree from Pace University, and a Practicing Certificate from Norman Manley Law School.

 

Ms. Anderson is committed to the vigorous representation of all clients, regardless of background or socioeconomic status. She actively contributes to her community by accepting pro bono assignments and participating in Bar Association activities. She treats all clients with dignity, courtesy, and respect.

 

Ms. Anderson continually seeks meaningful ways to give back to her community. She dedicates countless hours to charitable and volunteer work. As a New York State Real Estate Associate Broker and a New Jersey Realtor, Ms. Anderson currently presents seminars on the New Jersey First Time Home Buyer Program free of charge to the public and serves on the Greater Bergen Realtors Community Service, Realtors Political Action, and Governing Committees. She is also a proud graduate of the Greater Bergen Realtors Leadership Academy.

 

In her personal time, Ms. Anderson enjoys reading and home decorating.
